REFUNDS
Thank you for your purchase. Our products are print-on-demand, which means each item is custom made when you place your order. Because of this process, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders due to buyer’s remorse or if the incorrect color or size was selected at checkout. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Misprinted/damaged/defective items may be return ed it to us for a full refund provided:
- Items are unworn and unwashed. Items must be free of stains and signs of wear.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you received your items.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be returned unused in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
