WHAT ARE PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our orders take 6 to 12 days to be delivered worldwide, if you haven't received your order please get in touch with us at i nfo@wearntell.com.
Once your order is posted out you will receive an email with your tracking info.
I MESSED UP MY DELIVERY ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
Not to worry, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your address, we would be more than happy to change it for you. Just email us your full, correct address along with your order number and we would update your details for you. Please note that we have a 4-hour Change of Order Policy.
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY HAVE I RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY ORDER?
Our main goal is to get your orders to you as fast as possible, if that means shipping items out separately that’s what we will do.
We have stock located at different warehouses, so instead of shipping your order to one location before shipping it out to you, we speed the process up by shipping it directly to you.
WHY HAVE I NOT GOT MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION?
There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder. If not then please email us and we will amend this for you right away.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Our products are print-on-demand, which means each item is custom made when you place your order. Because of this process, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for orders due to buyer’s remorse or if the incorrect color or size was selected at checkout.. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEMS FROM THE WEARNTELL COMPANY?
To extend the life and prevent damage to your favorite shirt from The WearNTell Company, we recommend that you wash your items in cool water and lay flat to dry. We do not recommend hanging your garments to dry, as many of our products are susceptible to stretching and creasing. Please note that chemicals from harsh cleansers can contribute to the damage of fine fabrics, regardless of whether they are hand washed. We recommend a gentle fabric cleanser, and a rinse with purified water for the best results.

ARE YOUR TEE SHIRTS GOOD QUALITY?
Yes! Our T-Shirts are mostly cotton that feels soft and light with just the right amount of stretch, comfortable and flattering. Our designs are professionally silk screened for optimal print quality.
